Infrastructure work is often invisible, yet it defines comfort and reliability. Old electrical lines, water leaks, drainage slopes, low-voltage cables and mechanical connections are reviewed as one system.
For demolition and closing work, we do not skip the testing stage. Pressure tests, leak checks, line photos and measurement notes are added to the handover file so future maintenance has a clear reference.
